PROCESSING TIMES

All products are personalised and handmade to order but our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible! We try to get all orders made and sent out within 1-2 working days of ordering. 

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with our Standard rate fixed at £1.50. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked at a fixed rate of £3.50. This ensures swift delivery with the aim of getting your order to you as quickly as the next day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times from when order is dispatched:

Standard Option - Royal Mail 2st Class: 2-3 working days

Express Option - Royal Mail 1st Class (Tracked): 1-2 working days

Please bear in mind this is a delivery aim but at seasonal times like Christmas, this can be longer with delays - kindly note, we will not be held responsible for delays during transit.

All Express orders are fully tracked along the way and are usually delivered next working day from dispatch.

Our aim is to work with our couriers to get your order delivered efficiently as possible depending on how large your order is.

Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering. 

TRACKING

Please note that our standard postage service does not come with tracking, but the express option will come with full tracking.

FREE DELIVERY

All orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Although we do work on most bank holidays, our couriers do not collect from us on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the bank holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.
